So I guess that Walgreens is changing some things up. I had a problem with my toothbrush not printing the RR. They told me that you can not use an RR if you are expecting one back, it won't print. My chap stick printed but not the toothbrush! Has anyone else ran into this yet?

Were you using a RR that you had previously earned on the toothbrush? If so that is why it wont reprint. Does that make sense?

I finally made sure that I asked them before I purchase everything if it will work because I almost ran into the same problem today with my skinmate shaving cream. I wanted to use my RR on my skinmate but they said if I did that it would print a new one. It's nice to go to a cashier who is willing to help you learn the ropes. In fact the cashier is the one who told me to get a toothbrush so I would get more shaving cream. You did great though!
ReplyDeleteNo that is the funny thing. I used one that I got last time from the Skinmate.I thought that it would work and I did not. It actually rang up as 2.99 instead of 3.29. I have no idea!

The RR won't print if you are using one you recieved from the same "company" so that could be why you got the chapstick one but not the other. There are soo many different name brands under the same company that it gets way confusting to track sometimes
